  • Who are the subs?

These two clowns doing the quick half hour each day of the worlds are ruining a good podcast. They are not comedians, though they seem to think they are; they do not have the snooker pedigree to make jokes about the really big players - what have they ever won that gives them the right to make cracks about ROS or others? They spend too much time ‘bigging up’ their mates and very little time talking about the actual matches. I wish they would at least give the excellent Chinese players the respec... more

  • Quite good over all

But the audio quality is often not quite good enough, so it can be difficult to catch everything at times. This is not always an easy fix when contributors are remote, but please try as it’s obviously so important. Also not overly keen on the last episode’s “hot take” overuse! Was that a drinking game?!

  • Nailed it

Great bantz and info. The days of McMullen talking boring stuff with the players are long gone. I do hope that Ali Carter doesn’t listen to this whilst flying his plane, he should be concentrating! I’ll report him to aviation watchdog.

  • Superb!

Like all the things Stephen Hendry the ultimate overachiever does - he has now excelled at broadcasting and at being a podcaster! It really was so interesting and fun at the same time. Love getting to see into his snooker brain and listen to his grumpy exterior! Really enjoyed episode 1! Watson really compliments Stephen and is a great choice to accompany him in the pod. Looking forward to the next few eps!
