  • Dr. Johnson a balm to my soul

I have often felt alone as a frequent lucid dreamer. Even afraid of this strange thing that happens to me. Am I losing my grip on reality? After being led to Dr Johnson and engaging with her work, through her books and podcast episodes, I am no longer afraid. I am now excited to go to sleep each night. It’s an adventure that awaits me. And this has carried through into my lucid waking life as well.

    Thank you Dr. Johnson!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Nobel Prize-Winning Ideas in Your Lucid Dreams?
Q: What makes dream incubation effective beyond personal motivation?
Personal motivation increases the likelihood of a meaningful dream, but incubation works best when the problem is something the dreamer genuinely needs to solve and can articulate in a simple form, which helps the unconscious mind pivot toward a solution.
Nobel Prize-Winning Ideas in Your Lucid Dreams?
Q: Could you mention those incubation techniques and walk listeners through how to set up a dream on a specific problem?
Participants should clearly state the problem, phrase it as a simple, bite-sized statement or question, and pair it with a visual cue or image to focus the dreaming mind. They should sleep with the intention to dream about the issue, note the dream upon awakening, and record it immediately to preserve recall.
Are Lucid Dream Portals Real? Ancient Gods, the Lucid Void & a Dream Temple in Hawaii
Q: Why is the dream temple seen as a portal to higher realms, and what might the future hold?
The hosts discuss that the dream temple serves as a portal that concentrates lucid-energy, enabling future retreats and expanded work including dream education for children, while continuing to explore the interaction between dream insights and waking life.
Are Lucid Dream Portals Real? Ancient Gods, the Lucid Void & a Dream Temple in Hawaii
Q: How did Zack's lucid dream about an encounter in the white room start?
Zack recounted a lucid dream where he followed a door into a bright, concrete reality, leading to a sequence of healing insights from a powerful demigod and other dream figures, which sparked ongoing exploration of dream-based healing modalities.
Are Lucid Dream Portals Real? Ancient Gods, the Lucid Void & a Dream Temple in Hawaii
Q: What was it like to host the first lucid dreaming ocean retreat in the dream temple?
Clare and Zack describe it as a profound, appropriate culmination of a dream-derived project, where the temple functioned as a living space for sacred sleep, healing, and community, amplifying the retreat energy and dream experiences.
