  • Love this pod!

I love Sarah’s bite sized bits, getting you comfortable about talking about your bits. Sarah is extremely empathetic about everyone and where they have come from. Her episodes are so full of resources and yet so gentle for people who are learning about themselves and how to navigate discomfort and just why it’s so important. Refreshing, down to earth, incredibly insightful and practical. Love this pod!
