久しぶりに、魅惑のメガドンキに行ってきました。息子と二人で、気になったものをどんどん買い、大荷物を両手で持って帰宅。
「結構買ったね～」となりましたが、気持ちのいい買い物でした。買い物もストレス発散になると言いますが、本当にそんな一日でした。
AIの進化がとても速い時代。あっという間に私たちの生活も変化しそうです。そんな中で必要なのは「人間力」ではないでしょうか。
AIの答えで満足するのではなく、自分の考えを自分の言葉で言える、そういう人がもっと増えていってほしいと思います。
最近TVなどでも言われている「質問しない若者」。研修の現場でも質問しないで自己完結している受講者の多さに危機感を感じました。
ただ「正解」を出そうとする。質問せずにAIに訊いている。本当にこれでよいのでしょうか？
所属しているBNIの年に1回の大イベントで、仲間と一緒にブース出展を初挑戦しました。
イベントに向けた準備を協力しながら進めるのは、とても楽しく勉強になる経験でした。とても良かったので来年も挑戦しようと思っています。
