Great podcast. But no one has mentioned the third unicorn which proves Deckard is human. J F Sebastian has a unicorn ( where Pris does a cartwheel in the doorway) in the upper right corner. A toy made by JFS. J F S is obviously human, as is Gaff. So the unicorn image is associated with humans , not an implanted memory.
This podcast series is a must for Blade Runner and Sci Fi fans. It is great to hear from other Blade Runner fans about what the films mean for them and to really go in depth into each of the films, characters, plots, musical scores etc. I thought I knew everything there was to know about Blade Runner. Turns out that I was wrong!
Episode 143 was a great introduction to this podcast. I found my self talking out loud while listening as if simeone would hear me. Thank you very much! I am looking forward to listening to earlier episodes. đ
I love both Blade Runner movies and have seen them many times each. This podcast is great at explaining and contextualizing the BR universe.
This podcast is a nothing short of new obsession. I have been obsessed with Blade Runner since sneakily watching it in my teenage years, and this show is a triumph in its detail and care for the material. Iâve come to treasure hosts Jamieâs impeccable taste, and Patrickâs meticulous attention to detail. I only wish Iâd found it years ago, but Iâm steadily catching up on the richness of their back catalogue. Thank you for this gift of a podcast.
