生成も指示も総括も全てAIが勝るわけで「AIを使いこなすためには一定のスキルが必要」と言える時代もすぐ終わり、仕事もやる気もAIに奪われて、じゃあそこでどう立ち向かえるのか、という話。
どこまでを許容するか、という線引きは可変で柔軟である方が良いよねという話と、2024年の振り返り、学びとアウトプットはワンセットでそれを怠るな、という自戒の念です。
フィジカルも能力も感性も遺伝子ありきであるなら、良い悪いではなく、自然とエコーチェンバーも進んでしまうので、決まった振り幅の中で、できるだけ上限いけるよう、多様性を保てるよう、適度な期待と諦観で育児しようぜ、という話です。
一つの物事を見て、どれだけの角度で認識できるか、どれだけ深掘りできるか、というのが考察力かなと思っていて、デザイナーは特にそういった視野の広さは武器になるのではと思った次第です。合間に雑談あり。
企業のサービスのパッケージ化について、メリットをまとめました。会社の事業の一つとして普通に行なっていても、なかなか認知してもらえないので、パッケージ化して、分かりやすくタッチポイントを増やして知ってもらおう、という話です。
サービスを提供する側の利益追求とUXのバランスが企業理念の側面だと思っていて、そこの加減次第が積もり積もって文化となって、ユーザー体験は変動するものなのかと感じています、という話です。
サービスをリリースした際、小規模な会社はどのようにプロモーションしていくか、というテーマです。初動は諦めて中長期的に周知できるよう、こつこつSNSとコンテンツマーケティングやるのが最善で、かつ、その際に「他社に負けない強み」も大事だけど、貴社と相性がよいかどうかを伝えるアティチュードも必要なのではないか、という話をしました。
