好事聯播網衛生福利部國民健康署製作的Podcast 以兩大主軸「預防及延緩失智」、陪伴「失智者家屬及照顧者」的心情為主，提供民眾對失智症的多元認識，並給家屬與照顧者肯定和正向支持，同時也時刻提醒民眾對失智症必須提高警覺，當發現家人行為、記憶迥異於過往，應儘早帶家人到醫院接受詳細診斷；如果確診為失智症，後續可運用各項社區資源，並諮詢專業建議，以找到核心問題，希望透過名人的照顧經驗，協助失智者家屬做心理轉變，其次，也呼籲年輕世代朋友能更重視自己健康。
