以前我对于豆腐之类是不太感冒，看完这篇文章，且提起了我对豆腐的热爱，读完的那一段时间，时不时的就会想去尝尝各种豆腐做的食物，去尝尝，南豆腐 北豆腐 加白糖的豆腐脑和加卤汁的咸豆腐脑，也去淮扬菜馆子专门吃吃什么是大煮干丝。
以至于到了十几年后的今天，还依然爱吃豆腐。
