北海道は、カレイの水揚げ量が日本一！年間、およそ2万トン。全国シェアのおよそ６０％を占めています。一年を通して、スーパーマーケットや市場で販売され、焼き物、煮付け、揚げ物、刺身など、さまざまな料理に用いられる「カレイ」。今回も、北海道フードマイスターで、コープさっぽろ「あいの里店」の店長尾崎武志さんに、「北海道産のカレイ」について伺いますが、驚きのカレイの世界が広がります！
