重庆的怪味胡豆发源于北碚。"蝶花牌”怪味胡豆于1958年全国首创，“香甜酥鲜美奇特，麻辣咸舒适爽口”以其卓越的品质畅销海内外四十余载盛誉不减。汪曾祺在《食豆饮水斋闲笔》一书里写道：“北碚的怪味胡豆味道真怪：酥、脆、咸、甜、麻、辣。”2019年6月，蝶花牌怪味胡豆制作技艺被重庆市人民政府公布列入第六批市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。
偏岩唐门彩扎工艺的历史最早可追溯到清乾隆时期，它饱含着偏岩古镇丰富的历史文化底蕴，是巴渝古镇民间文化的典型代表。彩扎集工艺、书画印于一身，在数百年的发展中融和了丰富的民俗文化内涵。扎制的品种丰富多样，栩栩如生，其作品源于宗教文化，与本地民风民俗相结合，具有典型的民族传统艺术风格和民间文化特色。文化意蕴常随着河流应运而生，黄桷树的叶子被时间吹走，曾经商业贸易的繁荣，也催生了一代又一代的手艺人。
北碚玻璃器皿成型刻花工艺突出了玻璃制品刻花和精雕工艺的特色，更加突出了手工工艺在玻璃制品上的再创造，通过手工刻花工艺，使用粗砂、细砂砂轮切削后抛光等工艺，展现出玻璃制品晶莹剔透、高雅华贵的品质。精雕工艺的创新，使玻璃工艺的表现形式更加丰富多彩。
