今天這集節目真的是我身為一個超過三十年、異位性皮膚炎中重度患者的真實心路歷程。我最嚴重的病史發生在兩個時期，第一是我的童年時期、第二是從我懷孕起到產後第三年的這段時間。當時發作的狀態很糟糕，中西醫都一致判斷為中重度。那時候因為覺得自己看起來非常醜，幾乎沒有拍什麼照，在其他平台裡大家看到的大腿後側照片，還已經算是當時相對好的膚況了。
