  • Great Cowboys content

I’m a loyal listener from Northern California. I never miss the Cowboys segments from a solid line-up of guys.

  • Cupcake interviews and fake laughs

Coach Schotty needs to move to LA and be a comic. Every single thing he says they fake laugh at, it’s wild. Even after losses. They just guffaw at his jokes and talk about who is his favourite. Feels very amateur local radio. Like listen to their next schotty Interview. I’m not crazy. It’s absolutely wild. Come on boys, do your job.

  • Best sports show in DFW

I listen to this show every single day while at work can’t say that abt any other show. I like especially when they talk evenly abt multiple sports not just cowboys I really don’t care abt how the cowboys practice went and I don’t think anyone else does either lol but I think they do a pretty good job talking abt the 4 major sports teams especially my favorites.

  • This team won’t get better until…

Jerry Jones passes away. He is the worst thing to have ever happened to this team.

  • For the fans!

Best coverage for the Dallas Cowboys! I’ve been a Cowboy fan for over 50 years…being born in Texas, but from the Pacific Islands. You guys aren’t afraid to call out Jerry for falling short, since not directly working for him. Listening to Spagnola all those years were frustrating!! Keep up the excellent work!

    Still sticking with the ‘Boys!

    Aloha!

Hour 4: Worst take of the week and Tommy Yarrish joins the show
Q: What stood out from practice two this morning, Tommy?
Tommy highlights CD Lamb and Dak on the same page, and notes Calab Downs and Nadly Overshown's readiness; the corners came out aggressive and the unit looked more physical overall.
Reasonable expectations for the Cowboys defense
Q: What is a reasonable ceiling for the defensive turnaround this season?
The host and guest discuss that while a dramatic leap is unlikely, a solid, league-average-to-better performance with improved scheme fit, more depth, and a productive pass rush could be a successful step forward, especially with new personnel and a coordinator in place.
Hour 4: The Rangers lose series to Chicago and Jason Garrett joins the show
Q: What is the premise of your upcoming Coach to Coach Leadership Podcast?
It will be a conversation with coaches from various sports focusing on leadership, culture, and team-building rather than immediate game analysis, with opportunities to share stories and lessons learned from their careers.
Former Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett joins the show to preview the Cowboys' season
Q: Do you think quarterbacks are being developed the way they should be, or are we underdeveloping them at lower levels?
Garrett suggests that quarterbacks today benefit from more early throwing and seven-on-seven exposure, which accelerates development, but he also emphasizes the need to push players to understand fronts, coverages, and progression reads rather than only focusing on simple concepts.
