The jannetty of VOW
Mainly focusing on WWE and AEW, this podcast does a great job of covering the latest general news, as well as happenings from the week’s wrestling TV. I don’t watch much WWE these days, and STR helps me to keep up with the latest from that company.
This is the only podcast I keep up with every week. The dynamic between Rob and Jeff is hilarious. Most wrestling podcasts have become overwhelming negative but STR has a good balance. I usually save it for a commute and it does not disappoint.
Edited in 2021: it’s ok. They have bad takes though. I kid.
Jeff, thank you for the phenomenal upgrade in co-hosts! You two are the only reasons to waste a second on RAW.

A fast-taking, opinionated pro wrestling show that blends analysis of current WWE and AEW stories with banter and nostalgia. Episodes typically cover touring plans, pay-per-view storytelling, roster moves, and cross-promotion dynamics, often with speculative fantasy booking and behind-the-scenes business angles. The format emphasizes chemistry between the co-hosts, accessible industry insight, and a humorous, confident take on both the modern landscape and wrestling history. Noteworthy is the balance between grounded critique and playful, sometimes contrarian commentary that appeals to dedicated fans who want smart takes delivered with personality.
