姚惠珍（麗塔姚）/ 呂國禎（一哥）上班族一毛錢都逃不了稅，就連高所得的台大醫生都得為了繳稅必須分期付款。但你知道台灣竟然有一個公益信託的制度，讓企業大老闆可以透過成立公益信託，節稅數百億卻花小錢甚至不用花錢做公益嗎? 信託法從 1996 年施行以來，國內總計有 258 個公益信託成立，信託資產逾 1200 億元，其中僅台塑、宏達電、宏泰、漢民以及奇美等五大財團所成立的十大公益信託，總信託資產就近千億元，粗估省稅逾 200 億元，然而成立一、二十年來累計僅投入慈善 58 億餘元，其中還有一半是左口袋捐給右口袋的捐給自家人團體。換句話說，國庫大失血逾 200 億元，換回來的，卻是五財團十大公益平均年度慈善支出比 0.65%，相當於每一萬元資產只花 65 元做公益，比你、我所繳的綜所稅率最低門檻 5% 還低(每一萬元繳 500 元稅金)，台灣已經成了有錢人的避稅天堂，你難道不生氣嗎? 更誇張的是，這些財團還將本該投入公益的善款，... more
