Q: Walk me through the big problem you're trying to solve with your advertising, and what insight led you to expand into lower-end RV segments?
We started in the premium segment where about 15-20% of RVs sit, which gave us initial traction but limited the total audience. Two things changed: Meta targeting got tougher for broad audiences, and we realized 70% of the market sits in the lower range. So we shifted to fill in more sizes and shapes and expanded our catalog to capture the majority of the market while retirementing reach.
