  • The Beliefs that Scott Kiloby teaches keep people stuck and serve his interests

In the beginning, the tools Scott teaches in his KI membership for getting out of emotional repression are great and bring people, including myself, lots of relief. However, the beliefs that Scott then conditions people to believe about how people’s emotional repression is the cause to ALL of their suffering and if they would just go deep enough they then will be out of all suffering/be liberated is absolute nonsense. These beliefs just keep people stuck on a treadmill, they keep people year ... more

Dying Paradigms—Emotional Repression, Beliefaholism & Authentic Recovery
Q: How do we keep KI again, going back to the beginning?
We want to make sure KI is not just a new paradigm, but rather a practice framework that encourages people to experience their emotions directly and consciously, allowing for transformation rather than mere belief change.
Filtering Out Reality—Guest Toshi Matsunaga
Q: What do we mean by that, that a shift or experience could just be driven by safety?
It still needs validating; if you don't touch in the repressed emotions, you haven't fully seen the whole thing.
Are You Responsible for the Bad in Others?
Q: What does it mean to feel responsible for the bad in others?
Feeling responsible often relates to repressed emotions and the projection of those feelings onto others, due to an underlying need for love and approval.
Rediscovering Joy, Love, and Trust Through Processing Domestic Abuse—Scott Interviews Serena
Q: Can you share about your childhood and things that you liked about being a kid?
Serena reflects on her early childhood, mentioning a connection with her mother and playful times with her brother, but highlights how troubled parental relationships led to a loss of safety and love.
The Original Gaslight - Guest Dan McLintock (KI Co-Developer)
Q: How do your spiritual processes differ from the emotional repression work?
The difference between the processes I used to do versus the process of AI and emotional pressure work is it becomes more about expression.
