Really engaging and accessible interviews. I’ve listened to almost every episode now and always manage to walk away with interesting tidbits. Margratat there will be more to come!
It's an interesting listen, to people who have a very different career than I do, and how their thought and creatve process is correspondingly different, as well.
Super cool insight into chefs table and Brian McGinns process. The conversational aspect of the interview makes this flow really nicely and is super easy to listen to.
Even if every episode is 48hrs behind schedule, it will be worth the wait.
I was contemplating seppuku before listening to this podcast. Listening to David’s dulcet tones gave me hope and purpose to my life. I can cook like a Michelin Star chef after listening to this episode and my ex just called saying she isn’t taking the kids anymore.
