Phil has about the best podcast for the radio scanner enthusiast. I highly recommend him on here and YouTube. Thanks Phil for all of your great content.
As a newbie in the world of scanning I began listening to this podcast starting at episode one, each episode teaching a new topic in a fun and detailed way. You will learn something even if you have been scanning for years.
I consider myself a communications expert in a broad cross section of the field, but Phil never ceases to amaze me. He is truly an expert in his field. I always learn something from his podcast no matter what the subject.
Phil has a very entertaining, educational and informative manner. I highly recommend it to you no matter what your level of knowledge and experience.
