I love your show so much and genuine banter between the two of you, which shows your relationship that’s at the heart of the podcast. I could listen to you both all day, talk about about any old ish. (Maybe he we should start some small scandals for you so you blow and can tour the UK…just a thought).

  • Dire stuff

Listened to the Jesse Lacey episode - female host seemed to have no grasp of simple concepts like how an album chart works. Seemed to believe an album dropping in the chart would mean it wasn’t very good? It’s based purely on sales week to week as I think we all knew when we were like 6 years old or something. If you want to listen to something where hosts have no subject matter knowledge, crack on.

Jose and Katrina
Q: Do you think podcast Katrina and IRL Katrina are the same person?
They are different, but only for a lot of reasons. I would say this version of myself is as close as real Katrina gets. IRL Katrina is complicated because that Katrina is out in the world.
Jose and Katrina
Q: Is there something you would change about the podcast?
I think we would have organized our scheduling and recording situation a lot different and a lot more seamlessly than it ended up coming out eventually.
Jose and Katrina
Q: Do you have any episodes that you have shelved or strapped?
Yes, we scrapped a couple of ideas; I put some on pause because I didn't feel like I got enough information on it. One of them was a Hulk Hogan episode.
Neil Gaiman Pt 2
Q: What are your thoughts on the role of Amanda Palmer in these allegations?
Katrina argues that Amanda seems to be a facilitator in Neil's manipulative tactics, introducing women into that environment.
Neil Gaiman Pt 2
Q: How do you view Scarlett's credibility in light of her retraction of allegations?
Jose believes Scarlett's change of story damages her credibility but maintains her original experience highlights a significant power imbalance.
