Cat napping episode in particular was so helpful. I’m just over 2 years into the SOS routines and they are quite literally a lifesaver bringing so much extra joy to parenting because I have happy well rested and content little people✨ More episodes please! x
Love the podcasts. I could listen to Tizzie’s advice all day. She has helped me get my baby to a point where they are sleeping through the night and for that I will always be grateful. It has allowed me to be a better mother to my little girl as I am no longer sleep deprived. Love all the tips around feeding too. I feel so supported as a first time mum having Tizzie’s books and advice to turn to.
Too much waffling on at the start of every episode. Always need to skip the first 10 minutes or so. Mic issues first few eps. Phones going off and buzzing throughout podcast. Tizzie yawning.. yup that’s how I feel listening to her. I feel like she thinks all her products are the best on the market. Her voice started to annoy me after a while
Tizzie Hall is not a qualified Dr and shouldn’t be parading as one. If you want medically sound evidence based advice this is not it.
I have been listening every week and every episode to see if I can catch any new tips as I am going to become a mumma of 2 very soon. I can’t wait to implement routine and everything that SOS represents with baby number 2. My son will be 19 months and I’ll have my newborn baby. Tizzie’s book is the only book I have read in the last 18 months. I am not a big reader but this book and podcast has given me so much knowledge I consider very powerful as a mum. Keep it going Team Tizzie
