我個人是認為屯房稅無助於抑制高房價，因為目前提出的屯房稅率版本，與房價漲幅相比根本是九牛一毛，你會為了不到房價千分之５的屯房成本，放棄每年５％的漲幅嗎？
我認為要解決住宅供需問題，根本辦法就是扭轉傳統「有土斯有財」的觀念，讓民眾不在將擁有自有住宅視為家庭的必須，將只租不買視為可行的選項，讓租屋族不再只是人生不得已的選項。

國民黨這九次杯葛，打的都是反對萊豬解禁，算是抓對了議題，杯葛議事是在野黨常用的抗爭手段，本身沒啥不對！杯葛為的是逼迫執政黨妥協，但是杯葛是手段而不是目的，國民黨連續九次杯葛，國民黨要的東西，卻是質詢時委員就可以問的東西？讓人感覺只是為杯葛而杯葛啊！
必須承認，最近這一周，民進黨在萊豬議題上，有許多失分，如果周五時，行政院長在立法院進行施政報告，很有可能會讓這個傷害更擴大，我實在不懂國民黨為何要持續杯葛議事，放棄這麼一個好好表現的機會。

看到看到同溫層裡，為美國選情心情起伏，我只想提醒，不管當選的人是誰，臺灣都必須深化與美國的關係。川普當選了，也別太高興，台美蜜月期即將結束啊。而拜登當選也別太憂心，畢竟反中已經是美國目前的共識，所以就算拜登對中國不會像川普那麼強硬，但絕不可能走回歐巴馬時期的友善。
比起拜登當選總統，我更害怕的是美國陷入漫長的開票爭議啊！只要美國總統大選結果沒底定，臺灣跟美國的關係就只能陷入停頓，臺灣將陷入押寶與選邊站的紛擾。

最近這幾年臺灣萬聖節的氣氛很濃，很多幼稚園、國小都會在這個禮拜，舉辦萬聖節的活動，讓小朋友作扮裝去上學也越來越普遍，甚至造成很多家長的困擾。
不過我小時候完全沒有在過萬聖節，雖然知道有萬聖節但是不知道是哪一天，我大概是高中的時候，大約１９９０年左右，才知道萬聖節是１０月３１號。不知道大家印象中臺灣是何時比較有萬聖節的氣氛啊！
