有件事想跟大家說一下。
播出到現在已經一年多了，
錄音的時間更是長達兩年多，
中間經歷了好多次孩子放假、孩子生病、兩位媽媽身體狀態不佳暫停錄音，
我們決定把每週更新改成雙週更了。
不是偷懶，是我們發現我們的生活沒有那麼多素材可以每週生出來，
沒出門、沒衝突、沒新鮮事的時候，
硬要錄，就是兩個媽媽在客廳乾聊。
而且說真的，孩子在，錄音本來就不是第一順位，
不能為了趕進度把陪伴時間讓出去。
所以我們決定慢下來，換成雙週更，

我們兩個很誠實地聊了那些瞬間，
雙手握拳忍住的火氣、陪孩子熬夜到凌晨三點的荒謬實驗、
足球場上那場誰也不讓誰的拉鋸戰、
褪黑激素吃兩週後孩子開始把藥和「早睡」畫上等號的心慌、
還有那句「就是這樣」、「小孩要聽大人的話」講完自己都心虛的爛台詞。

明明很愛孩子，
卻在情緒上來的那一秒，
