節日其實是想要提醒大家感恩，
感恩某個人的努力，讓我們有現在這樣的好生活，
感恩某件事，讓我們能記取經驗，得以從事件的經驗中學習，
不完全是針對某個人，只是派個代表讓我們記住，
但共同付出的人也是很重要
不過除了向外感恩，自己也是很重要，
教孩子愛自己、告訴他值得被慶祝，
建立孩子的自我價值，形成正向的自我概念

也沒對誰做些什麼事，為什麼這個社會會那麼厭童呢?
孩子就不能只是個孩子嗎? 孩子要怎麼表現的跟大人一樣呢?

上週聊得意猶未盡，

但真的要聊又都不知道從何說起~

我們是親子育兒的頻道，
兩位女巫也身為人子，自然也是有一些親子問題，
我們在分享的同時，
也是在幫自己梳理、療癒，跟自己和解、跟他人和解，
育兒的的前提，還是要先把自己癒好，
做一些自己喜歡的事情，慢慢的把自己變好，
有規律地調整心態也好、心情也好，
身邊的人也會感受得到，世界也會變得越來越好~

也有講到 Asa 帶准准去看了心理醫生，而確診了……
Asa 也分享准准確診後她改變了一些對准准的態度…
