I just found Kat’s podcast a couple weeks ago and I’m really loving it! She is very knowledgeable and the topics she covers are not only interesting and informative but also unique. I have been waiting all year for a host of a running podcast to cover runners with chronic illness since there are tons of episodes on injury but not the population of runners that have no recovery plan and will struggle the rest of their life in some cases. more
