As a runner I loved listening to this, it was great to listen to(especially while I was on my run)! I like listening to her talks, she’s doing an amazing job. Maybe even I’ll start looking at getting into marathon.
After working with Kat for a few weeks with her website and podcast, I have listened to many of her episodes. They are amazing to say the least. They are so easy to listen to and follow along, and very informative. Her podcast is a must to listen to!!
Found out about kat through a friend and she lived up to the hype! Awesome insight and learnings from each of her talks! Have take aways I can apply to my running
I just found Kat’s podcast a couple weeks ago and I’m really loving it! She is very knowledgeable and the topics she covers are not only interesting and informative but also unique. I have been waiting all year for a host of a running podcast to cover runners with chronic illness since there are tons of episodes on injury but not the population of runners that have no recovery plan and will struggle the rest of their life in some cases.
I’m looking forward to more great content and episodes !!
kat asks relevant questions and puts this information out in a way that makes it readily applicable. she has an amazing amount of knowledge on training and rehabbing runners. such a good show!
