Audio coached guided running workouts. I created this podcast to be able to help more people enjoy running as much as I do. I love the process, but running solo can be daunting. My goal is to create an experience that makes you look forward to your runs, have fun, and train smart!

  • Thanks, Alicia!

Found these recently and listened to the Race Day Run during my first half-marathon. Even though that episode was designed for a shorter race, it was perfect for helping me stick to my pace during the first lap and set me up great for the rest of the race. Looking forward to running more of these in 2025!
