  • Thanks!

Thanks to you all for sticking with it despite the cry babies and finger pointers. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Braden off the court, since I already knew and loved him on the court! Looking forward to seeing the train back on track for this very talented and capable team. BOILER UP!

Episode 2: Rolled Tide, TKR's Dominant Return, Brand New Boilermakers
Q: Did you have time this week to watch any non-Purdue college basketball? And if so, what did you see?
Honestly, no, I really didn't. It was more NBA this week. I was focused on Alabama week, getting to bed early, just watching NBA games instead of college games.
Episode 2: Rolled Tide, TKR's Dominant Return, Brand New Boilermakers
Q: What was your mindset when you get that switch and you have this six-ten guy on you that has a little bit of quickness and athleticism and length?
I knew I could get past him and I knew also that he didn't have that experience of guarding a player like me. I went with the shot fake and he jumped into it like I knew he would and found two free throws.
Episode 3: Omer Mayer joins the show, plus Akron win and Bahamas trip
Q: What do you expect for Omer's role in the future as Braden potentially leaves?
Braden expects Omer to be a dominant force with a high basketball IQ and to take on a leadership role.
Episode 3: Omer Mayer joins the show, plus Akron win and Bahamas trip
Q: What was it like to perform well against Akron right before appearing on the podcast?
Omer mentioned that the sense of urgency and preparation were key to his success in that game.
