James pulls from a pool of very intelligent and experienced individuals and does a great job interviewing by asking great questions to keep the conversation going. The podcast gets better and better with every episode. James also does a great job keeping track of information and links in the show notes. I have connected with many people from the podcast and look forward to my CMRP training in the future, which I discovered through this podcast. Keep up the great work!
