As some others here have stated - strong start, seems like there will be a good foundation with useful tools. That doesn't last long. The conversation that proceeds is not inclusive of all, and is very slanted and biased. Very disappointing. The episode does round out with some useful tips, but the first person interviewed should be the last in batting order (or cut out all together).
