  • As some others here have stated - strong start, seems like there will be a good foundation with useful tools. That doesn't last long. The conversation that proceeds is not inclusive of all, and is very slanted and biased. Very disappointing.The episode does round out with some useful tips, but the first person interviewed should be the last in batting order (or cut out all together).

  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

    UPDATE: Just kept getting worse with the propaganda. Not about self care. More about blaming white people for all problems. UnbelievableMay change my mind as I continue to listen. I had to start taking notes. Episode 1 - totally on board with the beginning. She's talking about how self care does not mean spending money, say getting a pedi and massage. That is spending money, not working hard to actually feel better. Those things might make you feel better short term, but what about long ... more
