Roll To Meddle is an actual play podcast. And a little bit more. Based on the Powered By The Apocalypse inspired tabletop roleplaying game Brindlewood Bay by Jason Cordova, Roll To Meddle is a full murder mystery campaign. Influenced by Murder, She Wrote, the works of Agatha Christie, the H.P. Lovecraft mythos, with a dash of adventure of the week TV shows, our retiree characters solve mysteries while slowly piecing out the larger, dark conspiracy below the surface. Set on the fictional island of Brindlewood Bay within the very real Thousand Island Park, our stories are set within this archipelago in the St. Lawrence River between New York state and the Provence of Ontario. This feed also includes one shots for games like Spirit of '77, Call of Cthulhu, They Came From Beneath the Sea, Escape From Dino Island, and City of Mist. We are also the new home for the Kids on Bikes campaign The Lumber Ghost Mysteries.

The best part of this show is how friendly the characters are with each other. I’d write more, but I started this review in the middle of an episode and I can’t focus with such a great story waiting for me.
This is such a cozy game and I love the 3 women who are the BB Murder Mavens. The world that the 3 actors + Jonah have created is so wonderful, it’s like watching my favorite comforting show. I look forward to more episodes and finding out what happens to Birdie, Ronette, and Georgie.
Everything roll to meddle does is lovely with a great group of players and a creative GM but the standout for myself would be their Kids on Bikes campaign "The Lumberghost Mysteries".
I was a big fan of their kids on bikes prequel! While I’m sad that it ended I am happy with the new series. Birdie is my favorite character
I just want to listen to these 3 play games and Jonah attempt to control the chaos forever. Brindlewood Bay is a great system for podcasting as it already encourages roleplay and improv - you don’t have to ignore the rules to keep the pace up, unlike D&D. Add to that the camaraderie of the players and a laid back but interesting GMing style and it’s a delight.
