前編では、自然体でいられる場所や人、幼少期から受けてきた影響、自分らしさ、人との関係で大切にしていることについて話しました。
家にいること、身体を動かすこと、人に会うこと。
本を読む父の姿や、野菜を育てる祖父母の記憶。
子どもたちの遊びにすっと入っていける感覚。
そして、立場や空気に合わせすぎず、人と人として向き合うこと。
