Rising and Rising Fridays are daily morning shows hosted by Kim Iversen, Robby Soave, Emily Jashinsky, and Ryan Grim. It breaks the mold of morning TV by taking viewers inside the halls of Washington power like never before, providing outside-of-the-beltway perspectives. The show leans into the day's political cycle with cutting edge analysis from DC insiders and outsiders alike to provide coverage not provided on cable news. It also sets the day's political agenda by breaking exclusive news with a team of scoop-driven reporters and demanding answers during interviews with the country's most important political newsmakers. • Analysis of topics that don’t get a lot of coverage

I like Rising for a lot of reasons but the one reason that is the most important is that Rising covers topics and exposes me to subjects not in the forefront. We’re all so busy and a global economy is so complicated that it is hard to know what causes actions that effect my life (all of our lives) on a daily basis. Rising talks about these issues. I don’t agree with all the opinions put forth but that is normal. It is the debate that is important.

  • The New Iteration of Rising has Hit its Stride

Big Krystal/Saagar/Breaking Points fan here but lowkey missed this format with them. When Rising transitioned to this 3-host format it really solidified itself for me and I’m genuinely happy to see it doing well again. More stuff for me to watch. Also really love Kim in-studio. Cheers y’all!

  • Farm to table media

I enjoy the mix of ideologies, it’s rare in news media. I think the public is craving multiple views. If the legacy media is high-yield monoculture, then this channel is the organic sustainable production. Great job
