「成人は18歳に下がったのに、なぜお酒は20歳から？」という、日本大学の学生さんの質問に答えて頂くのは、日本大学法学部・法律学科の加藤雅之教授。ドイツなどではビールのようにアルコール度数の低いお酒と蒸留酒のようなアルコール度数の高いお酒とでは飲酒年齢が異なるってご存知でしたか？更に同じくヨーロッパの国の中には保護者が一緒であれば飲酒年齢が低くなったりするそうです。まさに「ところ違えば・・・」
「成人は18歳に下がったのに、なぜお酒は20歳から？」という、日本大学の学生さんの質問に答えて頂くのは、日本大学法学部・法律学科の加藤雅之教授。まず、加藤先生が訂正されたのは、18歳に下がったのは「成人」ではなく「成年」の年齢。実は法律の世界において、人は「未成年」と「成年」に区別されるため、「成人」と言う概念は法律上はないんだそうです。それにしてもなぜ、その成年年齢が20歳から18歳に引き下げられたのでしょう？
先週に引き続き「音楽活動をしているが、海外に活動の場を広げるにはどうしたらいいか？」という、日本大学の学生さんの質問に答えて頂くのは、世界的なアコーディオニスト・作曲家、cobaさん。若くして世界で最も栄誉あるアコーディオンの国際コンクールで優勝したにもかかわらず、その後10年くらいは全くの鳴かず飛ばずで、仕事の依頼もほぼ無い状態。しかし、ある出来事が大ブレイクのきっかけになり、やがて世界的に名の知られる名アコーディオン・プレイヤー、そして作曲家へとなっていく・・・そんな貴重なお話が聴けます！
