「筋トレにハマっているので、体脂肪だけ落として筋肉を大きくするにはどうしたらいい？」という、日本大学の学生さんの質問に前回に引き続き答えて頂くのは、日本大学薬学部学部長、榛葉繁紀教授。1日のうち、運動をするのに最適な時間帯が「痩せる」のが目的なのと「筋肉を大きくする」のが目的なのでは違うのだそう！目的に応じて正しい時間にジムに行くというのが意外に重要みたいです。
「筋トレにハマっているので、体脂肪だけ落として筋肉を大きくするにはどうしたらいい？」という、日本大学の学生さんの質問に答えて頂くのは、日本大学薬学部学部長、榛葉繁紀教授。「肥満」の研究をされているという榛葉教授。体重管理をする上で重要になってくるのが「体内時計」なのだそうです。体内時計の研究を進めていく事で、よく言われている「不規則な生活を送っていると太る」メカニズムが科学的に証明されるのだとか・・・・。
「火災が多い中で構造物に木材を使うのは正解？」という、日本大学の学生さんの質問に、先週に引き続き答えて頂くのは、日本大学 生産工学部 建築工学科 専任講師 鎌田貴久先生。日本は木造建築において世界をリードしている・・・と思いきや、実は木造ビルにおいては、法律などの問題があって最近まで寧ろ遅れをとっていたとの事。海外においては古いレンガの建物の上部に新しい木造建築の部分を増築するなど、ユニークな試みが色々行われているらしく、未来のアーバン・スケープは今とはかなり変わったものになっていきそうです！
