當孩子鬧脾氣時，不該急著哄或讓步，否則會強化他用情緒爭取主導權的腦迴路。關鍵不是壓制情緒，而是陪他看見、引導他表達、設下界線。慢慢讓他知道：穩定和溝通，才是真正能讓人被尊重的方法。
