These guys are just flat out awesome and a total pleasure to listen to. Not only are they highly knowledgeable but they’re also hilarious! You just get the overwhelming sense that they’re cool guys who you’d actually want to hang out with in real life. Retro Gaming Boombox is a trip down memory lane. Rick and Sal have great chemistry and are growing with each episode. This podcast has reminded me of some of my favorite childhood games and introduced me to a few hidden gems. If you like silly banter and videogames give this podcast a listen!
I've liked every episode of the show so far (episode 0 is just a test and not indicative of the whole series, but still enjoyable to listen to). Rick and Jamie both have different strengths as hosts and they are beginning to establish roles for one another as the show goes on.
