私の畑でとれたぶどうジュースが、既にワインになっているそうです。まだ飲めていないのですが…。そして、今後おかやま葡萄酒園でつくる醸造所のことやワイン特区のことなどお話ししています。
広島県三原市にあるワイナリー、レストラン、ワインショップの瀬戸内醸造所に行ってきましたレポートです。元造船所の場所にたたずむ焼杉の真っ黒な建物と青い海のコントラストがとても綺麗なところでした。
2023年さいごの放送は、ぶどうを搾った時点でワインの味が予測できるの？というお話。ぶどうジュースの時点でも、香りや酸味などの特徴があるので、それらを手がかりに味を予測するとかしないとか。本年も聞いていただきありがとうございました。来年もよろしくお願いいたします。
