ヒューマンバリューこの番組は、人材開発や組織開発の実践の場で使える「対話の哲学」について探求します。 深遠な哲学を２０分程度説明し、理解することは難しいでしょう。本番組では、それぞれの哲学的思想を深く理解することよりも、先人の哲学の思想から、現代にどのような示唆を得られるかを重視し、「対話」という切り口で重要となる哲学の概念やその思想の背景について紹介します。そして、その視点から得られる「問い」をつむぎ出します。 日々のビジネス環境におけるリーダーシップの発揮や、人材開発、組織開発の実践においてどのように哲学的な問いを投げかけ、場を動かしていくのか。 人材育成・組織開発に40年以上携わってきた高間さん（株式会社ヒューマンバリュー／会長）と、岡田さん（株式会社ヒューマンバリュー／研究員）、リスナーの皆さんと、共に考え、実践に活きる知恵を探求していきます。 （隔週水曜に配信予定です。）
