  • Great podcast!

I already have Tom’s book and love it so I wanted to check out the podcast as well. It’s really informative and well presented. I like the guest interviews, topics are very interesting and helpful. The best episode so far is the one on types of injuries. What a fantastic breakdown on injuries to tendons, ligaments, muscle, bones and even nerves. Including details on how to distinguish between them. I saved that one to have on hand when needed! Thanks Tom!

  • So excited for this channel!

Your book was a huge help to me when I was going through a really difficult time with an injury last year. I still do the exercises a year later and it’s still beneficial. I’ve adopted a new mindset to how the body heals and how to protect myself against future injuries.
