I only started listening to this podcast today, and have found it so refreshing! It really has got me to think about my spirituality in a completely different way as well as help me shape my own values in life.
Thank you Sarah for being so down to earth and help me find myself again 😁
I love this podcast. If you like the idea of meeting weekly with a spiritual advisor, you will love these conversations. Sandy is a thoughtful, articulate seeker of healthy spirituality with a tone that is open, curious, humble, & wise. She crafts content that is full of depth & value. I’ve been introduced to books, poetry, concepts, & practices that have now become a part of my own spiritual journey. At 100 episodes, I think Reframe Your Life is just getting started!
I really like the weekly reframing Advent podcasts. A great way to be thoughtful about Advent and Chirstmas. I particularly like the one on Peace. Also - reframing Aging was a hoot. It made me want to be friends of the two of you - though Im not sure I'm cool enough. Anyway - it was a good girls party of a listen - thank you!
