In this episode, the Reel DMC crew tackles The Saint (1997), a movie that was supposed to make Val Kilmer the next James Bond but instead makes him look like a man who just discovered wigs on clearance. Directed by Philip Noyce, the film leans hard o... more
In this episode, Dave, Marcus, and Colin dive into Oliver Stone's The Doors, and their verdict is a wild ride of praise, critique, and disbelief. The consensus? Val Kilmer absolutely nails the role of Jim Morrison. His performance is nothing short of... more
The Reel DMC crew parachutes into the gloriously unhinged world of Top Secret!—the 1984 cult classic where Val Kilmer makes his film debut as a skeet-surfing, hip-swiveling Elvis-type who accidentally stumbles into World War II... or the Cold War... ... more
Dave, Marcus, and Colin strap on their web-shooters and swing into the middle chapter of Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy — a film they all agree still soars. From jaw-dropping action to genuine character arcs, Spider-Man 2 delivers the superhero goods... more
pretty funny. you do a lot of films I like--can you please do Pricess Bride???
This is a super fun podcast! These guys love movies--but tend to take an irreverant approach to their discussions, often ending up with some funny moments. The host Dave and his sidekicks Marcus and Collin all have distinct personalities. It's like kicking back with your buddies and talking about your favorite—and not so favorite—films. They're definitely not professional critics but they often have insightful discussions peppered with a lot of background info and trivia—combined with a good amo... more
Love this podcast - fun, funny, and actually informative. These guys are very comfortable with each other which makes it fun to be part of the conversation - if you met them in a bar, I bet you could talk movies for hours and have a great time.
Fun listening to these guys chat about movies, sounds like hanging out with my mates
This is my new favorite podcast, three close friends who love to talk about movies and more importantly bust each other’s balls a bit – their fun is contagious! A lot of movie podcasts try too hard to be wacky or go the opposite direction and over-analyze everything. These guys are a nice balance, fun and informative, but they don’t take themselves too seriously – they make for a fun hang. I want to grab a beer with these guys some day.
