This podcast is a literal breath of fresh air, while most of what I encounter is more like banter, this is more like a series of lectures, really really substantial and informative.
Some breaths of fresh air can be painful, like in the cold of russian winter for example. This is by no means easy to listen to, perhaps it wasn't meant to be (not everything either needs to or can be easy after all).
