Episode 25 on hip impingement and labral tears gave me the information I needed going forward. It gave a really realistic and balanced perspective on treatment options. I’m so grateful for the questions asked and the answers she gave.
Great program, great interviews and outstanding guest. Great job Dr Caballes
Have found each episode very informative! Keep them coming!
Just finished the first episode with Neely. As a postpartum average runner of four, I loved hearing her perspective about life shifts and adaptation as an elite runner. Hosts have a great flow with lots of energy.
So much great information already shared in these first two episodes- I can't wait to see what's next!
