This short story shares how having a dream or a wish isn’t enough. It’s important to put action behind those dreams. We’re simply not going to get our dreams because we wish for them. We need to work hard towards those goals, and have patience with ourselves when we fail. We need to have perseverance, as the Bible says in Proverbs 14:23, “All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.”
