動いてみて初めて見えた人のつながりや支援の広がり、自分の思い込みに気づいた心境の変化、そして日常の整え方や夫婦の時間の大切さについてお話ししています。
みなさんはお寺って身近な存在ですか？
…わたしは、お寺とは無縁の人生を送ってきたので、良くも悪くも何も知りませんでした。
お寺の近くに引っ越してきて、正直一年前までは、ここから逃げ出すにはどうしたらいいかを考えていました。
そこから今、お寺での活動を事業としてスタートするに至るまでの心境の変化についてお話しました。
営業・教師・フリーランス、そして事業立ち上げ。かつて「自分には無理」と思っていた仕事や挑戦が、実は思い込みでした。
社会課題や人のあり方に触発され、自尊感情を軸に小さく踏み出してきた道のりを振り返り、できないを越えるヒントをお話ししました。
