  • Wanderers, and also sandwiches

Wanderers. I don't play a lot of adventure games, but I love listening to Ben and Jess talk about food and also sometimes games. I've wishlisted a few games mentioned here on Steam, and may even buy them someday.

Ben should consider watching the original Tron, as it has crossover with another excellent podcast, The Last, Best, Babylon 5 Podcast. It has our old friends Bruce Boxleitner and Peter Jurasik.

  • Great podcast for about 25 people

Did you grow up with a DOS computer instead of a Nintendo, and still dream of typing "sierra.exe" 35 years later? Do adventure games work as a framing device for a podcast about sandwiches? Do you think a tambourine or a bridle is a good way to deal with your snake problem? Does the term "rubber chicken pulley" mean anything to you? Do you want to listen to a podcast about New York from 2 people who don't live there? Then Quest Quest is the podcast for you!

  • Great podcast for all adventure games lovers, or any games in general

It is rare that I laugh out loud during a podcast, but those two hosts are too good. Keep up the good work guys!

  • Adventure Games!

Listen to two friends chat, touching upon adventure games for at least most of each episode!

Hits well for me, a 40+ year old guy who played a lot of these games all my life and also watches both of the hosts play adventure games online.

EGA Games w/Julia Minamata
Q: Why did you choose not to implement heavy branching in The Crimson Diamond?
To avoid an explosion of assets and complexity, and because the designer wanted to maintain a coherent, manageable design while still delivering a rich, investigative experience through detailed information and multiple outcomes.
EGA Games w/Julia Minamata
Q: What makes the game feel detective-like in its design?
The game asks players to actively seek information, formulate questions, and piece together evidence, with integrated clues and a system that supports exploring multiple solutions and evolving understanding rather than following a single linear path.
EGA Games w/Julia Minamata
Q: Could you tell everyone what The Crimson Diamond is?
The Crimson Diamond is a cozy mystery adventure game with a retro-styled, 16-color EGA palette, featuring a text parser interface and a soundtrack created with a Roland MT-32, designed to evoke classic Mystery/Adventure games while adding modern quality-of-life touches.
Space Quest 1
Q: What have you been playing?
I've been playing the game Ball Pit, Ball X Pit. It's a survivor style game and auto shooter crossed with Breakout.
