我發現我不喜歡和自己個性相似的人相處，因為我總覺得那些活潑的人都很假、很不真誠，可明明我心裡是這麼想的，可是不知不覺中我卻成為了自己最討厭的樣子。
後來，我開始在團體裡不那麼積極的教朋友，不當先開口說話的那一個人、不當活潑個性的人，我不一定要把最好的自己交出去，不一定要讓別人知道我好或不好，我感覺這樣更能保護那個其實很安靜、其實渴望沈默的自己。

到現在我還是無法完全理解生命為什麼給我這項禮物，但是通過這些經驗卻能讓我了解到原來我的視野並非這個世界的全貌，我們所理解的世界通常跟我們的思維有關。
