認真說，隋文帝楊堅是個還不錯的皇帝
現在我們很常聽到的尚書、門下、中書等三省，以及『吏部、戶部、禮部、兵部、刑部、工部』，還有地方州縣，這些制度的原型都來出自於楊堅之手。還有那個源自於開皇律的十惡不赦也跟他有關。
十惡到底是哪十惡呢？隋朝律法規定：謀反、謀大逆、謀叛、惡逆、不道、大不敬、不孝、不睦、不義、內亂，這十項罪名，在遇到皇帝大赦天下時是會被排除在外的。名字看起來很難背，這考試應該也不會考，只要大概知道，經過分類，裡面有五項是保護國家跟皇帝的，另外有四項針對傷害家庭倫理的；最後，十... more
