少し音声の録り直しをしたり、
BGMをつけた状態でも聴いてみたりしていたらもう日曜日だ。

ひとりからひとりじゃないと思えるには、
ひととの繋がりが求められる。
それが直接対面してのものか、
オンラインなのか、
電話なのか、
メッセージなのか、
手紙なのか、
その手段はきっと関係ない。
それでも最初の一歩は簡単なものではない。
今までの自分の価値観を少なからず変えないといけなくなる。
それは生きてきた時間が長ければ長いほど、
自分というアイデンティティが確立した状態で向き合うことになるため、
よりその作業は難しくなる。... more
今回このテーマで行きましょうとなったときに、
僕は反射的に、
大丈夫じゃないしひとりだなあと思った。
僕は大切なひとに自分の弱い部分を見せることが本当に苦手である。
ひとりで何とか凌ごうとする。
これでも以前は伝えようと努力したこともあるが、
相手に重荷を担がせることになり得ると知り、
やっぱり自分で背負わないといけないなと思ってしまった。
おそらくそれも伝え方を変えたら、
相手にも負担にならずに程よく自分の悩みを共有してもらえたのかも知れない。

実家に帰るとそのままにしていた過去のカケラに触れることになる。
実用的なものであれば、
今のひとり暮らし宅にも持っていけるのだが、
思い出となると、
自分の気持ちにもかかわらず、
重いなと無責任な考えが巡ってしまう。
ずっと続けていることはあるのかな。
これからそんなものが生まれる可能性はあるのかな。
