I'm a new HS band director and I'm only 3 episodes in but every episode has helped me so much, especially the intonation one. Intonation is something I really struggle with and this episode provided so much valuable information. I like that you give specific ideas and tips rather than vague overarching ideas. Right now I'm in survival mode and I need specific tips, so this is perfect.

I can soundly say our kids are growing, they are happy, the parents and administration are impressed, and much of this is thanks to podcasts such as these. more
