Really glad I followed the link to this podcast. Informed discussion based on actual fact, not myth or hearsay which often dominates the world of nutrition, training and competition preparation. Hear about low kcals, cardio, hormonal cycles and why female fat/weight loss may not be linear. Listen to this if you are a female preparing for competition, coach preparing female competitors, or anyone interested in the nuances of diet and training for women.
Great show.... good knowledge and great chemistry between these 2 guys!
I’ve missed these two guys since watching all of Prep, so to find out they’ve done and are doing a series of podcasts was great news!
Especially happy to hear that PScarb is on the mend and is doing well, keep up the great work guys :)
Tom and Paul are truly amazing at what they do, great bodybuilders and incredible coaches that practise what they preach. Shame about Tom's lack of gains though. Haha
