何が嫌いかしっかり理解してこそ、好きなものがクリアになるし、その好きに自信を持てる。なんとなく受け入れたりしてると、自分の軸はどんどんボヤける。これは嫌いってきちんと認めることは、自分の価値観を守ることでもある。ピーマン生で無理に食べんくていい。それよりも、自分の好きはちゃんと選び取って食べていくこと。"嫌い"はネガティブじゃなくて、"好き"を強くするための輪郭ちゃう？そんな話をしております。
心のストレージ残量ってどれぐらい？課金で増やせるもんならしたい。誰かに容量分けてほしくなる。みたいな相談(だいぶ比喩ってます)を先日リアルでいただいて。別に、整理せんでもよくない？答えない悩みを片付ける、まず、場所がない。それぞれのキャパは元々決まってるんかもとも思ったり。今回は、悩みを消さずにそのまま持っておく話してます。スッキリはせえへんけど、持てる腕力はつく。Instagramで募集させてもらった、みんなが指先に込めて送信してくれた大事な話！ほんまにありがとう！
