  • Terrible

I can’t stand listening to this guys terrible takes and stupid theories. I think the worst part of this show is listening to the host sniffing every other sentence. All I can picture is a little kid that doesn’t know how to blow their nose and just trying to talk through it and wiping their nose with their bare hand. Blow your nose dude! Or use the mute button so we don’t have to listen to your disgusting noises

  • Bruins Focused

After trying out several “Bruins” podcasts, this is my favorite. The hosts stay on topic, don’t get into the weeds with mindless banter. Once in a while they hypothesize, but mostly stay current on actual B’s topics - questions and issues that a lot of B fans are thinking.

  • Always great commentary from these guys

Conor and Evan always have very valid things to say about the bruins. Love your guys’ coverage on CLNS, keeps me entertained through the boring off-season. There’s plenty of things to talk about out there nonetheless, always good speculation, keep up the good work!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Who should the Bruins draft at No. 23?
Q: What options do the Bruins have in free agency to replace on the right side?
They discuss multiple paths—trading for a veteran right-shot defenseman, signing a veteran in free agency, or making a hockey trade to move assets and bring back a more balanced lineup; the consensus is that the market is thin and expensive, so they expect a mix of disciplined trades and selective additions.
Who has been the Bruins' biggest surprise this season?
Q: Who do you think is the front-runner for the seventh player award?
It's likely Jonathan Asparrow due to his positive impact on the team's performance, though Fraser Minton is also a contender.
Who has been the Bruins' biggest surprise this season?
Q: What do you think is the biggest takeaway from the Bruins' trip to Florida?
They managed to take two points despite playing without key players, which highlights their resilience, but there's also frustration with missed opportunities.
Who has the edge in USA vs. Canada?
Q: Who do you think has more pressure on them?
Both teams have a lot on their shoulders, but it feels like it's on Team USA to win gold for the first time since 1980, while Team Canada also carries the weight of their legacy in Olympic hockey.
Do Bruins have some decisions to make over younger players?
Q: Do you see Sweeney trading players, i.e. Loray and Patra, by the deadline they don't fit Sturm's style?
It's definitely something that I think the Bruins have to weigh regarding their younger players' fit in the coaching system, especially with Sturm's emphasis on defense.
